excellent pork chop house

Lunch:

Tawainese-style pork chop with gingery pickled mustard greens and rice was very flavorful. I don't typically go for milder Tawainese flavors but the whole crispy, tart, sweet toppings padded by fluffy rice was enjoyable. The pork chop is very thin, almost jerky-like with a sweet-savory dusting.

This place takes its wontons seriously. The addicting sweet savory garlic and chili oil combination that clung to the wrinkly tender fronds of the wonton skin made it very hard to not finish off this tiny portion with two inhales.
