I think the dish below is the kebab combo. Lamb and beef ground patties, which were seasoned well but slightly dry, came with rice and a chopped salad.
I read about this calamari dish over a year ago and when I finally got the chance to go this past winter break they had taken it off the menu! They had some stored back for their special menu option for following day and luckily my sob story about commuting from the Bronx for their calamari worked.
This combination featured rings so tender and buttery, and delicious coated in Taboonette's fragrant chimichurri.
Washed it all down with a cup of intensely lemon-y mint lemonade.
